Individual and company landlords with single residential investment properties:
- 2 year fix with zero fee limited edition at 6.09%, up to 75% LTV
- 5 year fix with zero fee limited edition at 5.79%, up to 75% LTV
Multi property for individual and company landlords with residential investment properties:
- 2 year fix with zero fee limited edition at 6.04%, up to 75% LTV
- 5 year fix with zero fee limited edition at 5.74%, up to 75% LTV
